CFEG Student Referral & Reward Program Form
Refer a student — earn a reward starting at $250 per enrolled student, or 5% off tuition. Open to CFEG students, parents/guardians, teachers, staff, and community partners.
Students, parents/guardians, and teachers all qualify. Rewards are paid or credited once the referred student enrolls and the referral is verified. Amounts may be higher for multi-student or partner referrals.
Please confirm the family knows about this referral and agrees to be contacted by CFEG.
PDF, Word, or image up to 15 MB each. Files are stored privately and visible only to CFEG staff.
The Center for Educational Growth (CFEG) thanks students, parents/guardians, teachers, staff, and community partners who help other families discover our school and film programs. This form records a referral and, once the referred student enrolls, starts your reward.
1. Who May Refer
Any current or former CFEG student, parent or legal guardian of a CFEG student, teacher, staff member, mentor, or community partner in good standing may submit a referral. Referrals must be for a student who is not already enrolled and who has not already been referred by someone else or contacted CFEG about enrollment before this submission.
2. The Reward
For each referred student who enrolls and completes the program's minimum attendance or payment requirement, the referrer receives a reward starting at $250.00 per enrolled student, OR a tuition discount starting at 5% off the referrer's (or their student's) tuition balance — whichever the referrer elects on this form and CFEG approves. Rewards start at these amounts and may be increased at CFEG's discretion for multi-student, program, or partnership referrals.
Referrers who are not enrolled families (for example community partners or approved outside recruiters) may receive the reward as a commission payment rather than a tuition credit. Commission payments may be reported as income where required by law, and CFEG may request a completed tax form before payment.
3. How the Reward Is Applied
Tuition discounts are applied as a credit to the next billing cycle after the referred student's enrollment is verified. Commission payments are issued within thirty (30) days of verification. Rewards are not redeemable for cash where issued as tuition credit, are not transferable without CFEG's written approval, and cannot be applied retroactively to balances already paid unless CFEG agrees in writing.
4. Verification & Proof of Referral
CFEG must be able to verify the referral. Please describe how you referred the family and attach proof where possible — for example a screenshot of a text, email, or message thread, a completed interest card, a photo from an event, or the referred family naming you on their application. CFEG has sole discretion to determine whether a referral is verified, and where two people claim the same student, the earliest verifiable referral is honored.
5. Consent to Be Contacted
By submitting this form you confirm that the person you referred (or their parent/guardian, if the student is a minor) is aware of the referral and agrees to be contacted by CFEG about enrollment. You agree not to submit anyone's contact information without their knowledge.
6. Privacy
Information submitted on this form is used only to process the referral and reward, is stored securely, and is shared only with CFEG staff who administer enrollment, tuition, and payments.
7. Program Changes & Ineligibility
CFEG may modify, suspend, or end the referral program at any time; referrals submitted and verified before a change will be honored under the terms in effect at submission. Referrals of immediate household members already scheduled to enroll, duplicate submissions, and referrals obtained through misrepresentation are not eligible. Fraudulent submissions may result in forfeiture of rewards and removal from the program.
